How to be healthy without obsessively thinking about your food

Do you wake up thinking about what to have for breakfast, already calculating the calories in the whole eggs you want versus the egg white you know you’ll probably choose instead?

Do you go over your meal in your head a hundred times after finishing, wondering if you chose the healthiest option?

Do you have anxiety before going out to a restaurant, worrying that you won’t be able to find anything to eat that’s “healthy” enough?

Do you lie in bed, thinking about and scrutinizing your day of eating so that you can plan on doing “better” the next day?

If any of these scenarios sound like you, then you’re probably exhausted on all levels - mentally, physically, and spiritually. You probably feel like food is controlling your thoughts and you’ve lost all the power. It might even feel like you don’t have enough brain space left to think about the things that really matter - your work, school, friends, family, hobbies, to do lists etc.

I’ve helped countless clients in these kinds of situations, so I get it! That’s why I’ll be outlining 5 powerful steps to help you start eating with love & intuition so you can finally release those obsessive thoughts once and for all.

This means:

  • eating lunch without calculating calories or macros...

  • eating because you want the food, not because it’s what “fits” into your day of eats…

  • finishing a meal without scrutinizing every bit you just took…

  • spending your time in between meals focused on other things besides what you just ate and what’s coming next…

  • enjoying your time at a restaurant without worrying about the type of oil that the chef is using…

  • allowing your mind to focus on tasks that you care about…

If this reality seems foreign to you, then have no fear, because you’re in the right place! I use a powerful combination of nutritional science and spiritual manifestation to help my clients release control and fear around food so they can reach lasting food freedom, and I want to help you do the same - let’s dive in!

The first step is to identify WHY you’re obsessing over food.

Where is the fear coming from? What are you scared of that you think might happen if you don’t “keep track” of everything? Write this down and allow the pen to flow on the paper without your mind editing or judging what comes out. If you want to change something, you must first understand what it actually is that you’re trying to shift. In reality, the food that you’re obsessing over is simply a surface level band-aid trying to protect a deeper wound that lives underneath. Slowly peel that band-aid off, and get curious (with sympathy and patience) about why the fear and anxiety exists there

Lucky for you, the next 4 steps can be found in my newest FREE guide! Use this guide to discover how to get through the day without obsessing about your food so you can eat with freedom, trust, and confidence.

Ultimately, controlling and obsessing over everything you eat is the worst thing you can do for your health and happiness! If you’re trying to ditch diet culture and obsessive thoughts about food, then you already know that trusting your body and your cravings is key to finding true food freedom. Unfortunately, so many girls make the costly mistake of tracking, measuring, and calculating everything in the hopes of becoming skinnier and healthier, leading them to eventually feel totally out of control. That’s why I created this free resource to help you finally escape the obsessive thoughts about food that are draining your mental and physical energy so that you can finally eat with complete freedom and confidence!
