A delicious protein smoothie full of delicious spices for all the Fall feels!


INGREDIENTS:

☆1/2 frozen banana ☆1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower ☆1/3 c canned pumpkin ☆1 tbsp chia seeds ☆1/2 tsp cinnamon ☆1/4 tsp ginger + nutmeg ☆1 scoop @nuzest vanilla protein (CODE: Sloane15 🤑) ☆1 scoop @furtherfood collagen (CODE: sloane10 🤑) ☆1 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao nibs ☆water to blend
