Pitaya Rose Cinnamon Roll

10/10 recommend making some these delicious and beautiful pink cinnamon rolls 👏🏼and you can even try with your own flavor variations!
INGREDIENTS:
makes 2 buns
☆1/3 c flour (regular or GF)
☆2 tbsp yogurt (I used strawberry rose @culinayogurt vegan yogurt)
☆2 tbsp @elliesbest pitaya powder (code: sloane10 💰)
☆2 tbsp water
☆1.5 tsp baking powder
filling —
☆1 tsp brown or coconut sugar
☆1 tsp maple syrup
☆1/4 tsp (or more) cinnamon
☆1/2 tsp coconut oil
topping —
☆2 tbsp coconut cream
☆1 tsp maple syrup

☆mix pitaya powder with water to dissolve. mix flour with yogurt, baking soda, and pitaya liquid. add another tbsp of flour if needed. you want the dough to form a ball and not be too sticky. flatten dough so that it’s ~3 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick. put in the fridge for an hour of freezer for 15 min.
☆mix filling ingredients. spoon onto dough and ROLL! slice into 2 rolls
☆bake at 350 for 20 min.
☆mix coconut cream with maple syrup and spread on top!🔥💯💥
