Incorporating fresh herbs into your smoothie (like mint & parsley) are amazing ways to add flavor + micronutrients 🙌🏼 I’ve also been on a cacao kick lately so this combo hit the spot


☆1/3 banana ☆handful of fresh mint leaves ☆cinnamon ☆1 stalk of celery ☆2 inches of cucumber ☆big handful of spinach ☆liquid chlorophyll (mint flavor ✔️) ☆1 tsp maca powder ☆1 tbsp chia seeds ☆1 tbsp flax seeds ☆1 scoop @furtherfoodcollagencollagen (CODE: sloane10) ☆1 scoop @nuzest_usa vanilla protein (CODE: sloane15) ☆1/2 tsp matcha ☆1 tbsp MCT oil ☆1/4 of an avocado ☆3 @traderjoes sporulons tablets ☆fruit & veg powder ☆2 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao nibs ☆WATER to blend
