I went from bingeing and overeating everyday to feeling satisfied at nights and not miserable. I was always guilty and mad at myself. Now I’m happy and not guilty when I eat sweets or go out to eat!
Not only around food either. My transformation is pretty crazy to reflect back on now. I am living with food freedom and am able to not only recognize my emotions but WHY I might be doing the things I'm doing. (Eating because I'm lonely, eating to feel, etc) then being able to address what I might actually need instead. I am no longer restricting foods and eating what sounds good to me in that very moment and not second guessing it.
I have more value over my body without it making it my whole life o want to take care of it out of love. Before I used yo yo diet restrict had anxiety over olive oil and bread today I am in a incredible relationship with my body and my mind.

I couldn’t think past my relationship with food and myself. Now I feel so much more free and clear and things in my life seems to be getting better I do not feel held down or back anymore. I feel like so many doors have opened!
My transformation was intense but in a good way. Before I was labeling food and feeling guilty for eating what I labeled as bad. Now I eat what makes me feel good on all levels without any guilt.
Ahh I feel so much freer around food and I genuinely know I won't EVER go on another dumb diet again all because of everything I've learned from Sloane!
This program has taught me to love myself no matter what size I am, to celebrate any and all wins, and that I can enjoy food without feeling guilty.
