PUMPKIN CAULI PORRIDGE

A delicious porridge recipe that I have on repeat all Fall long!

INGREDIENTS:

☆1.5 c frozen cauliflower rice

☆1/2 pear
 
☆3 big spoonfuls pumpkin purée

☆1 scoop @nuzest vanilla protein (CODE: sloane15 💰)
 
☆1 scoop @furtherfood marine collagen (CODE: sloane10 💰)
 
☆1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 
☆1/4 c water
 
☆splash @malkorganics almond milk
 
☆optional toppings: almond butter + figs + cinnamon roasted delicata squash + bee pollen
 

METHOD:

☆put cauliflower and water in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for ~5 min until cauliflower is cooked through.

☆add chopped up pear and spices and cook for another few minutes to soften the fruit.

☆add spices and powders and pumpkin.

☆add almond milk and mix thoroughly.

☆add toppings!!
