INGREDIENTS:
makes 2 buns
β1/3 c flour (regular or GF)
β2 tbsp yogurt (I used strawberry rose @culinayogurt vegan yogurt)
β2 tbsp @elliesbest pitaya powder (code: sloane10 π°)
β2 tbsp water
β1.5 tsp baking powder
filling β
β1 tsp brown or coconut sugar
β1 tsp maple syrup
β1/4 tsp (or more) cinnamon
β1/2 tsp coconut oil
topping β
β2 tbsp coconut cream
β1 tsp maple syrup
METHOD:

βmix pitaya powder with water to dissolve. mix flour with yogurt, baking soda, and pitaya liquid. add another tbsp of flour if needed. you want the dough to form a ball and not be too sticky. flatten dough so that itβs ~3 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick. put in the fridge for an hour of freezer for 15 min.
βmix filling ingredients. spoon onto dough and ROLL! slice into 2 rolls
βbake at 350 for 20 min.
βmix coconut cream with maple syrup and spread on top!π₯π―π₯
