A super creamy dairy and gluten free Mac n cheese recipe!
Makes 2 servings... ☆1/2 large sweet potato, steamed ☆1/2 cup cauliflower florets, steamed ☆1/2 c unsweetened nut milk (I used @nuttybr cashew) ☆3 tbsp nutritional yeast ☆2 tsp dijon mustard ☆1 tbsp minced garlic ☆1/4 tsp pink salt
METHOD: ☆steam veggies. mix milk + seasonings in a pot over low heat.
☆once warmed, add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
☆transfer back to pot and mix in noodles
☆topped with rosemary + chili flakes
