Hormone Balancing Granola

Here's a delicious hormone balancing granola recipe that is perfect for the first half of your cycle!


INGREDIENTS:

☆ 1/3 cup oats

☆ 2 tbsp coconut flakes

☆ 2 tbsp ground flax seeds

☆ 1 tsp maca powder

☆ shake of cinnamon

☆ 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

☆ 1 tbsp cacao nibs

☆ 1 tsp maple syrup

☆ 1 tbsp melted coconut oil


METHOD:

☆ mix all ingredients

☆ arrange a thin layer of mixture onto a baking sheet

☆ bake for 25 minutes at 350 F

☆ crumble
