☆preheat oven to 350.
☆melt 1 c chocolate chips in the microwave.
☆beat egg whites with an electric mixture until soft peaks form.
☆beat in coconut sugar.
☆mix in dry ingredients.
☆add in melted chocolate and additional chocolate chips. scoop cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet
☆bake for ~12 min.
