Blueberry Chia Pudding + Smoothie

I like to call this one my mermaid smoothie! Its full of amazing nutrients and tastes amazing!
Chia Pudding
☆: 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
☆ ~1/4 c water + sweetener
Method: stir and refrigerate for at least 20 min
Smoothie:
☆ frozen cauliflower
☆ blueberries
☆ @gardenoflife greens & protein
☆ 1/4 🥑
☆ 1 tbsp goji berry powder
☆cinnamon
☆ almond milk
Optional Toppings:
☆mango + kiwi + blueberries + unsweetened coconut flakes
