INGREDIENTS:
â1/4 c steel cut oats cooked in water (I soaked them in water the night before to make it easier to digest...in the morning, drain the water, rinse, and cook!)
â1/2 honey crisp apple + 1/2 asian pear sautĂŠed in coconut oil & cinnamon â1 packet @simplified_superfoodsmixed with 1/4 c water + 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder âalmond butter + shredded coconut + bee pollen
