APPLE PEAR OAT BOWL

this was such a cozy and warm bowl filled with some of my fall faves! 🙌🏼


INGREDIENTS:

☆1/4 c steel cut oats cooked in water (I soaked them in water the night before to make it easier to digest...in the morning, drain the water, rinse, and cook!)

☆1/2 honey crisp apple + 1/2 asian pear sautéed in coconut oil & cinnamon ☆1 packet @simplified_superfoodsmixed with 1/4 c water + 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder ☆almond butter + shredded coconut + bee pollen
