Cauliflower is one of those foods that’s so so versatile (roast it, steam it, rice it, steak it, gnocchi it, pizza it etc 🤪) but tbh it’s pretty bland 🙊 THIS recipe is the opposite!!! 🤩🤩🤩super flavorful + easy ✅😉
INGREDIENTS:
☆1 medium head of cauliflower
☆3 tbsp tahini
☆1/2 lemon (juice)
☆pepper + pink salt
☆dill
☆ @chosenfoods avocado oil spray
METHOD:
☆ wash cauliflower and cut into pieces.
☆toss in a bowl with spices + tahini + lemon.
☆spray a baking sheet with avo oil. spread out cauliflower on the pan.
☆roast at 375 for ~40 min until golden and soft.
☆finish on broil for 2 min.
☆garnish with plenty of dill. 💯🥰
