Roasted veggies are a staple in my diet and I’ve been challenging myself to try NEW simple flavor combos to mix it up a bit! Here's one I'm LOVING.
INGREDIENTS:
☆1 head cauliflower
☆5 parsnips
☆@chosenfoods avocado oil spray
☆1 tsp garlic
☆bunch of sage
☆1/2 lemon juiced
☆1 tsp onion powder
☆salt & pepper
METHOD:
☆preheat oven to 400.
☆wash and cut veggies.
☆toss in oil with spices & herbs.
☆bake for ~35 min flipping the tray and tossing the veggies half way through
