Rainbow smoothie

Filled with color, nutrients, and protein, this is one of my favorite smoothie creations to date!

INGREDIENTS:

Base:

☆1 frozen banana

☆1/2 c steamed then frozen cauliflower

☆1/4 c frozen coconut meat

☆1 scoop @nuzest vanilla protein (code:sloane15 🤑)

☆1 scoop @furtherfood marine collagen (code: sloane10 🤑)

☆ 1 tsp maca

☆ice

☆water

☆pink salt


 
Red:

☆ frozen raspberries
 
Yellow:

☆add ground turmeric
 
Green:

☆add 1/2 tsp matcha + pinch of spirulina
 
Blue:

☆add blue pinch blue spirulina
 
Purple:

☆add frozen blueberries
