Adaptogenic-CBD Chai Baked Oats

Baked oats are one of my favorite breakfasts! Try out these Adaptogenic-CBD Chai Baked Oat recipe for a delicious and calming breakfast experience.

INGREDIENTS:

☆3/4 cup oats
 
☆3 scoops @ancientnutrition chai CBD powder (CODE: sloane20)
 
☆pinch of cinnamon + nutmeg + chai spice + sea salt
 
☆1/4 c pecans
 
☆1/2 banana mashed
 
☆1 tsp ashwagandha

☆almond milk (enough to cover all the oats)

METHOD:

☆combine all ingredients in a bowl (except for the almond milk).

☆transfer to a baking dish.

☆cover with almond milk.

☆bake at 400 for ~35 min. VOILAAAA🔥💚
